TBI Partners With Spectrum for TEM

Master agency Spectrum Inc. announced a new partnership with master agency Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI) to offer Spectrum’s telecom expense management (TEM) solution, TrueVue.

This agreement allows TBI to provide its agents with a tool to improve information access, enhance operational workflows, and provide customized reports to manage telecom assets and all related expenses.

“After evaluating over a dozen companies, we decided to partner with Spectrum because of the advanced technologies and agent-friendly architecture of their TrueVue application,” said TBI President Geoffrey Shepstone in a press statement.

Spectrum CEO Troy McCracken said while most TEM vendors approach the TEM from a software engineering standpoint, Spectrum tackled it from a telecommunications management perspective. That, he said, makes it “more attuned to the needs of TBI’s agents.”

A “kick off” of this partnership will be held at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, March 1-3, in Las Vegas. TBI will be exhibiting at booth 1412, and Spectrum will be at booth 1620.
