New Motorola VP Says Channel is Key

Janet Schijns, who joined Motorola (MOT) as vice president of worldwide channels for Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility Business at the end of September, said the channel will be key in Motorola’s future success.

Schijns joins Motorola from channel consultancy The JS Group, where she was president. The JS Group is still operating under a buyout by Mosam Consulting.

Schijns’ new position was vacated in June by Jeremy Butt, now worldwide channel chief at Avaya.
