Wholesale Carrier Services Launches Integrated TEM

Wholesale Carrier Services Inc. (WCS) launched its integrated TEM service at the Fall 2008 Channel Partners Conference & Expo.

Called ENTERPRISE-View, the tool provides comprehensive telecom expense control by showing a company’s complete inventory, including services, carriers, rates, contract end dates and more. Additionally, ENTERPRISE-View delivers more than 100 exception reports in a single portal.

All services billed by WCS are integrated into the portal at little to no charge, unlike many other TEM provider business models that charge a percentage of revenue for similar services.

“We have seen that a robust TEM tool delivered over the Internet has cut expenses by as much as 40 percent annually for some of our clients,” said Chris Barton, WCS CEO and president.

WCS offers private-label and co-branded telecom services using the networks of more than 114 providers.
